Our accommodation capacity includes 7 apartments ranging from 45 m2 to 80 m2 in surface area, located in two adjoint buildings and one detached building in Stara Novalja, right by the sea shore.Almost all apartments have two bedrooms, they are equipped with air conditioning and include free Wi-Fi.

Villa Eleonora is ideal for a peaceful holiday next to a private beach; it’s a true oasis of peace. It consists of 3 apartments in total. There is also an indoor pool.

These seafront apartments are located but a minute-stroll on the promenade away from the beach. They’re ideal for families with children. The apartments are newly fitted and this is the first season they’re opening their gates to tourists.

What is our accommodation capacity and price range?

Our offer includes luxury apartments in Villa Eleonora, as well as the newly fitted apartments in Vela Draga, and one detached house – the Bungalow in Vela Draga. All facilities have two bedrooms.

Why stay at our accommodation?

We offer accommodation ideal for people who just want peace of mind, with a private beach at their disposal, but also families and young people. The facilities are seafront, and the bungalow is only 30 m away from the shore! We also offer boat rental for excursions by appointment. Stay at our apartments and get to know the island of Pag!

How to reach us?

We are located in the heart of the Adriatic Sea on the island of Pag, in a peaceful little place called Stara Novalja. The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge so it can be reached by car. Buses run daily. Google map and directions.

Nearby beaches

The most beautiful nearby beaches on the island are at arm’s length. The island of Pag abounds in beautiful sandy, pebble and stone beaches. Although the apartments are right next to the sea, we suggest you also visit the following beautiful beaches of the island of Pag: Zrće, Jadra, Ručica, Straško, Planjka, Lokunje, Mata, Caska, Braničevica, Babe.

Attractions

Visit the Olive Gardens of Lun, where you can see olives that are approximately 1500 years old. Gastronomy lovers will enjoy the Gligora Cheese Factory, a worldwide winner when it comes to Pag sheep cheese. We also recommend visiting the Museum of Salt in the town of Pag, a living testimony of the rich historical and cultural heritage of Pag. Only 50 km away from the island lies the city of Zadar, where you can stroll along the waterfront to the sounds of the Sea Organ and see the Greeting to the Sun with your own two eyes.

Aquarius Club, Zrće

The famous Aquarius Club on the Zrće Beach, known to young people and partygoers all around Europe as the place to be on the Adriatic, is only 7 km away from our apartments. During the day, it’s a beach bar and restaurant, and every afternoon at 6 it opens its gate to all those who’re looking for some legendary after beach partying and unforgettable nights out to the tunes of world-famous DJs.

Adventures

For those who prefer a more active holiday, there are two diving clubs nearby, in which you can cut your diving teeth. The island of Pag is full of promenades and cycle tracks connecting the wine roads, the Olive Gardens of Lun and settlements on the island. Mountaineers will be happy to know there’s a perfect place for sport climbing: the Stogaj Rock above the Ručica Beach.
